American Museum of Natural History - NYC

When the weather is so cold that all you can do is to be indoors, a Museum is a great idea to spend some time. I went for the Natural History one, in NYC. It is huge (4 floors), with great exhibitions, real size animals, history and legends from several people around the world. It is amazing for kids and adults.
I am posting some of my best shots.

The Blue Whale - typically can grow to 23-27 m (70-90 ft)

OCEAN LIFE

MINERALS & GEMS

NORTH AMERICAN MAMMALS

Black Bears - a new born weighs 300 g, which is about 1/500th of its adult size!
